My wife has allergies. About this time of the year, she's miserable until there is a hard freeze and then she pulls out of it.

The owner of our supplement store recommended a natural product, Lufeel. My wife loves, it. Helps a lot without all the "hangover" feel of typical allergy products.

For airbourne allergies, I like the Neti pot or the NeilMed Nasal Rinse. It uses Baking soda and salt. Extremely safe. It burns if you have a secondary sinus infection otherwise its offers drug-free relief in 5 min.

For food allergies, avoidance is best, but it takes lots of detective work to find what you're allergic too. www.vrp.com offers a food allergy test kit.

What is lufeel?

I think Vancerd meant Luffeel?

That is a homeopatic med for hay fever and hay fever symptoms.

Ingredients:
Aralia racemosa D4, Arsenicum iodatum D8, Lobelia inflata D6, Luffa operculata D12, all 25 mg.

Cautions:
This medication may not be administered to patients with hypersensitivity to benzalkonium chloride. This preparation includes an iodine-containing ingredient. The advice of a therapist is recommended in cases of thyroid disorders with reduced iodine tolerance.

Brand: Heel (Germany). I use other product from Heel. Very good company/brand.
