I found this website. Interesting how much Magnesium can do.

http://george-eby-research.com/html/dep ... xiety.html

This man, George Eby says that for treating depression only the Chelated Magnesium from Carlson is a good brand. Because it absorbs better then other brands.

I had a series of Myer's IV that had magnesium as a component. An IV was 100% absorbed. I still had depression.

I had (have) a heavy die off reaction. Lyme disease can cause severe neurological symptoms. My depression is less when I skip doxycycline and use lots of fiber and bentonite clay to absorb the lyme "neurotoxins".

Besides....don't most Rocks already have some magnesium in them? :D

Low magnesium is a key role in the development of depression, attention deficit disorder, myocardial infarction and diabetes. Magnesium is a major four ions in the human body: a sodium, potassium and calcium. Magnesium is important as it is responsible for the formation of healthy bones and teeth and nerve impulses, muscles to activate various enzymes convert carbohydrates, fats and proteins into energy. Hundreds of bodily functions require magnesium, such as blood clotting, insulin production, heart rate normal muscle and nerve functions. Magnesium deficiency seems to be an epidemic in Western civilization. Over 80% of people in the West are found to be defective of magnesium.
