I have had CFS for 5 yrs since I caught mono. Finally, I took Valcyte for 6 months last year and now we are trying to get pregnant via IVF. Initially, after the Valcyte I had no sperm at all, but within about 90 days it came back to normal counts. However, the morphology is very low, thus requiring us to do IVF at $10k per try. 2 tries so far.

I read in Dr. T's book an anecdote that they heparin is shown to help for difficult infertility cases. I assume this meant treating the woman?
Does anyone know about this research?

Kurt

I would buy a nice microscope, sperm show up very nicely. Save a lot of money. 400X is fine.

Do you have dental amalgams? They are >50% mercury. The Hypothalumus has an affinity for mercury.

The hypothalumus is the master endocrine controller. It's part brain and part gland. Low testosterone and low thyroid can really mess up immune system and reproductive functions.

Metal blood tests only show recent (6 wks) exposure, so a chelator / urine challenge test or fecal metal test would be accurate:
