I Drink glass of gatorade/poweraid add 1/4 teaspoon of salt add potassium or eat 3 bananas / followed by three large 10 oz or more of water over a hour. (this has worked very well for others I have told about it)I must keep drinking until you feel hydrated and drink a glass before bed. Iron works great as it helps build red blood cells to give your body the energy to fight. Do not drink Coffee or your muscles will start to ache as it depletes the few minerals you have avail./ no milk based foods / cheeses ect./ you must also eat breakfast no matter what...I must do some excer. / stretch you muscles everyday to increase blood flow to your muscles it may take all you have but you must do it somehow.. get someone to help you if need it. Personally periods of full moon seem to increase symptoms slightly. Remember drink drink drink..If you are dehydrated then many of the fatigue symptoms are similar to dehydration symptoms and set in...drink drink drink..water not milk or coke..and absolutely NO fast food.I have to eat fresh home cooked meals foods. These are things that I have had to customize to deal with this problem. It is manageable as I am able to lead a very active life when I follow the right protocol.. If I cheat which I do .. I will pay for it the next day with low energy and pain all over..
