Hi Dr and everyone, I'm from Sydney Aust, just in process of reading your book from library and about to get a copy from bookshop.
Dr, I know you're flat out treating, promoting, lecturing in the US but could you in the near future let me know of any physicians in Sydney who are experienced in CFS/FM.

She mentions FM in some of her websites posts but mostly Chronic Fatigue. Most research now agrees that FM and CFS have the same root cause and are treated the same way.
My fatigue doc treats both and says that some patients actually swing from FM to CFS and then FM like a pendulum.
You can email their staff with specific questions, they are very good.
