Has anyone tried the following:

Enzymatic Therapy End Pain(capsules)
or
End Fatigue Pain Formula(by PhytoPharmacia)

For general, daily use in Fibro muscle(tendon, trigger points, etc.!) pain...I couldn't find "Enzymatic Therapy" End Pain brand available on this site. This site directed to the brand by PhytoPharmacia. Was the second brand considered more effective by Dr. T?...others?...

Tried a product called MyoCalm(calcium, magnesium, passionflower, valerian root). Think it was the valerian root that caused night time urination. Although was able to tolerate it without stomach problems.

Am using a Boswellin cream compound* and although somewhat comforting, need a little more relief...ok, lot more.

Thanks,
LadyE

(*I also have very sensitive skin, and have been able to use this product without problems...yea!)

Hi LadyE:

I ordered the From Fatigued to Fantastic product End Pain from Vitacost.com - $15.85 for 90 tab.The End Pain formula from PhytoPharmacia has the exact same ingredients. I have not tried it yet because I am trying to resolve issues with my stomach first.I'll let you know when I try it.

I am also using Calming Balance by Health Freedom Nutrition with good results. I take it at bedtime with no stomach problems. It does not contain valerian. I got it from this website(check out the ingredients) -$22.95 for 90 caps.

I tried the Rest and Restore. It hurt my stomach and gave me an IBS flareup.

Thanks for the input....I saw the Enzymatic Therapy End Pain on the vitacost site, also.

(I noticed your comment regarding "stomach issues"...I havent' had a chance to check if you've asked others about this under another topic....there are lots of good ideas to help in this area).

I'll put an update on forum if I decide to try above product.
(unfortunately, I had a fall in my yard last week...and having difficulty staying on computer for any length of time...Pain City.

LadyE  : I just checked, it's Fall in my Yard too. :D Sorry, JK, trying to make you smile.

I got a heating pad with a massaging motor in it. It was at the CVS pharmacy. Great for various aches and pains.

Also a hot epsom salt bath is great. The magnesium is very relaxing.

Since infections are involved in CFS/FM, heat is always a good thing.

Have a nice trip, see you next Fall. :D Sorry.. Leaf me alone. I'm pineing away. I guess it's different when we say "Twist 'n Shout". :D

ALXRDR..... ;)

It was quite a sight!! ...even had the neighbors' horse snickering...and all the dogs in the area were howling...plus couldn't get anyone's attention to help me up out of the ditch....

And....I'd just come home from having a chiropractor treatment...talk about throwing away good money... :!:
