End Fatigue

Some of you are finding that despite proper diet and exercise you simply cannot lose the extra weight. Our research has shown that 4 key factors contribute to this and that when you treat them the weight will often begin to disappear. These include:
1. Hypothyroidism. If you have fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance or achiness, you deserve a therapeutic trial of thyroid hormone—even if your blood tests are normal.
2. Nutritional Deficiencies. When you are deficient in vitamins or minerals your body will crave more food than you need and your metabolism will be sluggish. In addition, deficiency of a nutrient called Acetyl-L-Carnitine makes it almost impossible to lose weight. I recommend 1000 mg/day along with an excellent multivitamin. 4. Yeast Overgrowth. Clinical experience has shown that Candida overgrowth contributes powerfully to both sugar cravings and weight gain.
