End Fatigue
Muscle Aches and Pains
You would think that if muscles do not have the energy they need, they would get limp and loose. The opposite is true. When muscles do not get the energy they need, the muscles can't release. This makes sense when you think about rigor mortis. Muscle shortening often results in tendonitis as well.
The pain may be localized, as occurs in tension headaches and back pain. When it is widespread and associated with insomnia and fatigue, it is a very severe form of muscle pain called fibromyalgia.
Our research has shown that treating four key underlying problems can result in restored energy production and elimination of muscle pain. In fact, even in fibromyalgia, this resulted in 91% of patients improving. For muscle pain to go away you need eight hours of sleep each night, hormonal support—even if the blood tests are normal, nutritional support, and to eliminate hidden infections.
While treating these underlying causes of muscle pain, it is also helpful to have other treatments to keep you comfortable. Medications like Motrin are often not effective for muscle pain and kill over 16,000 Americans yearly. Fortunately, natural herbal remedies such as willow bark and Boswellia (also known as frankincense) can be as effective and much safer (see the End Fatigue Pain Formula). Use an adequate dose and realize that although they can help immediately, the effectiveness increases over a six-week period.
