"Auto Ship" for Convenience and 20% Discount

If you plan to take your supplements in an ongoing basis, you should consider using our "Auto Ship" program. The Auto Ship program will automatically resupply your order on a regular schedule to your home just before your current supply runs out. You get the convenience of always having just what you need when you need it AND we give you a 20% discount on each purchase (even your first one).

Each time we Auto Ship your items, we automatically debit the credit card you have on file with us. We charge only the 20% discounted price of your order and the normal ship cost. There's no long-term obligation and you can discontinue the program at any time you choose. Please note that you must give at least 24-hours notice before a scheduled shipment in order for us to cancel that auto ship order.

To turn on Auto Ship, simply click the option for it on the "Checkout Review" page (the last page just before clicking to submit your order). You can select any or all items you want included in Auto Ship, and see the discount applied before completing your order.

Q. How do I set up an Auto Ship Order?
A. Using Auto Ship is simple. When making your purchase, simply click the option on the "Checkout Review" page (the last page that appears just before clicking to submit your order). You can select any or all items you want included in Auto Ship, and see the discount applied before completing your order.
Q. How do I view my current or past Auto Ship orders?
A. You can change the items in your Auto Ship order, change the schedule for when it should be delivered, or cancel your Auto Ship altogether, if needed. Here's how:
1. Log in to your account. There are two places where you can do that:
a) At the bottom right of the Home page, OR,
b) On the "Account Login" page, which you can go to by clicking the "My Account" button in the top navigation bar.
2. After you are logged in and are at your "My Account" page, click "Auto Ship Orders." This will show your Active and Inactive Auto Ship orders.
Q. How does the billing work with Auto Ship?
A. Every fourth Friday, we automatically debit the credit card you have on file with us. We charge only the discounted price of your order and the normal ship cost.
Q. Can I cancel my Auto Ship order, or reactivate a former Auto Ship order?
A. Yes, you can cancel or reactivate your Auto Ship order at any time. You can do so by deactivating your order in your account. However, please note that you must give at least 24-hours notice before a scheduled shipment in order for us to cancel that auto ship order.
1. Log in to your account. There are two places where you can do that:
a) At the bottom right of the Home page, OR,
b) On the "Account Login" page, which you can go to by clicking the "My Account" button in the top navigation bar.
2. On the "My Account" page, click "Auto Ship Orders."
3. Choose the order that you want to change from the list of active orders and click the "Edit" button.
4. In the status drop down list, click "Active" or "Inactive." Confirm your choice, and your new status will show in the drop down list. You can also check your status by going to the "My Account" page, and looking for the order under the list of active or inactive orders.
Q. How often are Auto Ship orders charged and when are
they shipped?
A. Your Auto Ship items will be shipped every 4th Friday after the week you begin the Auto Ship program (so that you don't run out of any supplements that are packaged as a 30-day supply). Auto Ship orders are normally charged and packed on Fridays for shipment that same day or Saturday via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to arrive at its destination after it leaves our location.
Q. How do I change the Friday of the month that my Auto Ship order is charged and shipped on?
A. You can change the monthly Friday of your Auto Ship order by logging into your account at endfatigue.com.
1. Log in to your account. There are two places where you can do that:
a) At the bottom right of the Home page, OR,
b) On the "Account Login" page, which you can go to by clicking the "My Account" button in the top navigation bar.
2. On the "My Account" page, click "Auto Ship Orders."
3. Choose the order that you want to change from the list of active orders and click the "Edit" button.
4. Under "Order Information", you will see "Next Replacement Processed on" along with the next charge and pack date. You can also see your next charge and send date highlighted on the calendar.
a) To pick a new date within the same month, simply click on the date of your choice.
b) To pick a new date in one of the next few months, click on the last Friday on the calendar and then click the "Refresh button" on your browser. The calendar on the page will change to display the weeks in the following month. Repeat the sequence of clicking the last Fir day and clicking the browser "Refresh button" until you reach the Friday that you want to change to. You can then set the new Auto Ship day.
Q. Can I stop my Auto Ship Order once it has been charged and is being processed for shipment?
A. It is difficult for us to locate or change an individual order once the Auto Ship procedure on a Friday is underway. However, if you contact us via customerservice@endfatigue.com, or call us at 1-800-333-5287 (1-800-FEELBTR), we will make every effort to catch your order before it leaves the warehouse. If your order has already left, we will give you easy and hassle-free instructions on how to return the package to us for a refund.
Q. How do I change the quantity of the items in my Auto Ship order?
A. You can make changes to your order quantities by logging into your account at endfatigue.com.
1. Log in to your account. There are two places where you can do that:
a) At the bottom right of the Home page, OR,
b) On the "Account Login" page, which you can go to by clicking the "My Account" button in the top navigation bar.
2. On the "My Account" page, click "Auto Ship Orders."
3. Choose the order that you want to change from the list of active orders and click the "Edit" button.
4. Increase or decrease the quantity of the item in the "Quantity" box.
5. Click "Save and Continue" at the bottom of the page.
Q. Can I add or remove items from my Auto Ship order?
A. Unfortunately, the "My Account" page does not allow you to directly add items to an already-placed Auto Ship. However, you can do so by contacting us at customerservice@endfatigue.com, or calling 1-800-333-5287 (1-800-FEELBTR). You can speak with us about the changes you want, or feel free to leave a message describing them.

A. You can edit shipping, billing and credit card information by logging into your account at endfatigue.com.
1. Log in to your account. There are two places where you can do that:

2. On the "My Account" page, click "Auto Ship Orders."
3. Choose the order that you want to change from the list of active orders and click the "Edit" button.
4. Scroll down to the line(s) that you want to change and make the necessary changes.
5. Click "Save and Continue" at the bottom of the page.
