Shipping Rates and Policy

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on order weight and destination. A small order of just a few items shipped within the U.S. is typically $5-6 dollars. Large orders with many items may reach charges of $15 or so.

The specific shipping charge for your order will be calculated and displayed to you on the Store Checkout page before you actually place your order.

International shipping charges vary based on country and will be calculated on the Store Checkout page.

Delivery Time

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation that will contain the date of shipment. USPS states that transit times for Priority Mail are 2-3 business days within the U.S. We have found, however, that occasionally packages shipped to the west coast arrive 3-5 days from the date shipped. You may be able to get more information about the status of your package by putting the delivery confirmation number included in your shipping confirmation email into the "Track and Confirm" box on the USPS home page. However, USPS does not guarantee tracking information, only delivery confirmation.

Allow 2-4 weeks delivery if shipped outside the U.S. Please note that international deliveries vary greatly based on the processing delay at the receiving country's customs office. Should you want to check status of your shipment, you can contact your local customs office and read them the "Customs Form Number" assigned to your package (available in the Order Confirmation email we send you).

Expedited shipping is not available.

International Shipments

Many countries have prohibitions on importing certain types of supplements (for example, some countries prohibit supplements that contain ingredients from an animal source). We do not monitor for these restrictions ourselves. We therefore strongly urge customers to verify that there are no import restrictions on supplements they order from us BEFORE placing the actual order with us.

Should your package be held at customs due to labeling requirements, you can contact customer service to request any documentation that may be needed. We will do our best to accommodate the request.

Australia and New Zealand. At this time, only plant-based supplements are allowed into these two countries. All hormone supplements containing animal gland extract are prohibited. This includes the following prohibited items:

• BMR Complex
• Pregnenolone
• DHEA
• Pro Boost
• Isocort

In addition, due to the cassein and whey contained in the Energy Revitalization System, special source documentation is required within the shipment paperwork in order to be permitted importation. We include this special documentation with the shipped package.

Duty Fees

Payment for any duty fees assessed by a non-U.S. country importing products from us is the reposnsibility of the buyer.
