The CFS/FM Symptom Analysis Program is an online questionniare that asks about your specific symptoms and then creates a specific treatment plan to help you. It uses the same evaluationcriteria that Dr. Teitelbaum uses with his patients (see what it looks like). Upon completion, it creates a "treatment protocol" to specifically address your case (a list of treatments designed to address the underlying cause of your illness).

The program is accessed by logging in to our website. After you've completed the list of questions, it will instantly create your custom treatment protocol. This is provided to you as list of all potential treatments, with check marks placed next to those that apply to you.

Good for 6 Months. Save Your Results!

The free Short Program is available to you online for 6 months after you begin using it. After 6 months have elapsed, your individual program will be erased. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you complete your program and print out the results within the 6 month period of use.

How to Get It

The Short Program is absolutely free to use, but you have to get it through our store check-out process. This is because at one time in the past, we did charge for it. So we had it set up for electronic distribution through our store. We now give it away for free. Unfortunately it is technically difficult for us to distribute the program without using the store. So we simply kept it there and set the price to zero dollars. You will not be charged for it, we will not add your email address to any sort of mailing list, and we will not give your email address to anyone else. This is 100% free with no tricks or hidden anything.

To get the Program, simply click the "add to cart" button at right as you would a store item, and then step through the normal store process. When you arrive at the check out page, it will be priced at $0. A credit card is not required, so you can just leave that section blank.

IMPORTANT: You cannot shop for other store items (or even view other store item pages) while the Short Program is in your cart. This is because the program is free and adding other items to your cart would require credit card information. If you would like this program, please add it to your cart and then finish the store checkout for it alone. After that you can continue shopping for other items. (If you decide you'd like to continue shopping without completing checkout for this, simply remove it from your cart.)

Why Do I Need It?

In 2001, Dr. T completed his second landmark research study showing that CFS and fibromyalgia are completely treatable. The study also showed that multiple health problems occur in people with CFS/FM. It is crucial to thoroughly evaluate each case and to treat all of the underlying associated diagnoses simultaneously. It is essential to create a unique, personalized treatment program for each patient to follow. The process of evaluating the associated diagnoses of your CFS/FM has been simplified into Dr. T’s online program.

NOTE: This is a simplified version of the Long Program Questionnaire. If you want a more thorough and complete medical record of your case to help your physician evaluate you for other medical problems, you will need to use the Long Questionnaire.
