Take 200 mgs a day whenever you are taking Sporanox, Nizoral, or Diflucan to eliminate yeast.  If you have active Hepatitis or Cirrhosis, consider taking 300-2000 mgs a day, depending on its severity.  It has been shown to be helpful for Diabetic Neuropathy and Burning Mouth Syndrome at 200 mgs three times a day for 2-5 months, and is likely helpful for many kinds of nerve pain.
