Treating Candida/Fungal Infections in CFS/FMS, Sinusitis, and Spastic Colon

FEATURED ARTICLE

Dear Readers,

Immune dysfunction (being more susceptible to infections) is a common part of both Fibromyalgia and CFS, and is becoming more common in the overall population as well. In earlier articles, we have discussed how to diagnose and treat chronic viral and antibiotic sensitive infections. The most common and important infections to treat in CFS and Fibromyalgia, however, are yeast, fungal and Candida infections (I will treat these as a single infection for this article). Unfortunately, standard medicine does not recognize fungal infections unless they affect the nails, skin, hair or groin areas—or they are in the blood and can kill you. Because there is no test to clearly diagnose overgrowth of bowel or sinus Candida, many doctors say it doesn't exist. Reminds me of the little boy who thinks he's invisible because he's covered his eyes.

That there is no blood test does not mean there is no way to tell if you need treatment. I recommend Candida/yeast/fungal treatments for those who have ANY of the below problems:

1. CFS/Fibromyalgia—As I have discussed in lectures to thousands of health practitioners, if someone has CFS/FMS, presume the Candida is overgrowing and treat for it.
2. Chronic sinusitis—which is usually caused by yeast.
3. Spastic colon/irritable bowel syndrome.

Cool Stuff

(Read this before watching the video below.)

Subject: Strange Printer Issue

Dear Geek Squad,

I recently purchased an HP Printer, and when I stay in the room when it's printing, it works perfectly. However, nearly every time I leave the room while a print job is in progress and come back a bit later, I find all the papers come out wrinkled, sometimes even shredded, with blurred ink.

If I re-start the print job and baby sit it, there are no problems. You can imagine that this has been very frustrating, and I would appreciate one of your technicians coming out to fix whatever the problem is.

Thank you,
Dave

Dear Dave,

Thank you for contacting the Geek Squad. As you know, one of our top technicians was dispatched to investigate your printer problem. His initial findings mirrored your experience, so he set up a hidden camera to document what was causing the paper disruption.

Please review the attached video, and thanks again for your business. And for the laughs we all had upon discovering the source of your problem.

Sincerely,
Mark D

Joke of the Week—Part 2

Questions that have confused humankind through the ages:

Can blind people see their dreams? Do they dream??

Why do the Alphabet song and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star have the same tune?

Did you ever notice that when you blow in a dog's face, he gets mad at you, but when you take him on a car ride, he can't wait to stick his head out the window into the wind?

Who was the first person to look at a cow and say, "I think I'll squeeze these dangly things here, and drink whatever comes out?"

Who was the first person to say "See that chicken there—I'm gonna eat the next thing that comes outta it's butt."

Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp, which no decent human being would eat?

Why is there a light in the fridge and not in the freezer?

If the professor on Gilligan's Island can make a radio out of coconut, why can't he fix a hole in a boat?

Does pushing the elevator button more than once make it arrive faster?
